I don’t understand, these clearly political newspapers do not have any political disclosures in them? If they do what is the problem? You have an extremely weak argument that a newspaper company subsidiary should not publish content you don’t like in a form you don’t like. And please spare me the argument that newspapers are the last bastion of truth and unbiased reporting.
I get it. They have the look and feel of a newspaper, but they do have a disclaimer inside. I get about 5 pieces of junk mail everyday that looks like it came from the IRS or something official and it’s just “pretending”. In the end I really don’t care but it seems a lot of outcry over a technique I assume is trying to present information in a different format that lends itself to multiple shorter topics, more information and is reader friendly. They are political pieces pretending to be newspapers. Full stop.
