The Bears won a brutal looking game last night, but those of us who were rooting for the team to tank and get a better draft pick were disappointed. Even winning, the Bears lose.

Petition filing continues until Monday in Springfield.

The Governor discusses I-57 in Markham at 10 and highlights the Koval Distillery small business in Chicago at 12:30.
