Good morning, Illinois.

It’s cold. It’s going to snow. And little ghouls and goblins want your candy.

Just another October Tuesday in Illinois.

The General Assembly comes back to Springfield next Tuesday. There is nothing on the Governor’s public schedule today.

Just a quick note for subscribers: we’re planning to take an almost two-year-old trick or treating tonight and I’m planning to enjoy that, so unless something big happens, there may not be a newsletter in the morning. If there’s something newsworthy, it may be delayed past our normal 5am.
