A new poll from GOP firm M3 Strategies for Crain’s. 65% of respondents oppose the Bears stadium funding plan. But they’re far more open (49% oppose) to public dollars for infrastructure around the project. 52% oppose any public funding for a stadium.
Sounds about right.

In a state budget that included some $70 million in cuts in a $53 billion spending plan, lawmakers took an axe to funding for soil and water conservation districts across the state.
