Don’t look now, but the Cubs are now just 3.5 games out of first place. In the meantime, the White Sox are the third-worst team in the American League and the Cardinals are the same level of bad in the NL. Sad. (Not really.)
The legislature remains out until October. Governor Pritzker has nothing on his public schedule.
There are 273 days to the 2024 primary election. There are 506 days to the November 2024 general election. But, who’s counting?
