We’re pretty heavily focused on petition challenges today. It’s a stack, but it’s worthy information.
There are 98 days to the March primary and 329 days until the November 5 general election.
Governor Pritzker meets the media at noon to “celebrate [the] grand opening of new mHUB innovation center. It’s his first media appearance in the city since the construction stopped of a migrant tent city on the southwest side. There may be fireworks.

DOZENS OF PETITION CHALLENGES FILED IN PRIMARY RACES
48 challenges to the nominating petitions of congressional and legislative candidates were filed Monday in attempts to knock them off the March ballot.
The challenge process typically removes a candidate from the ballot for not having enough valid signatures, though there are multiple issues that can be challenged.
