The Senate is in at noon. The House is back tomorrow. Governor Pritzker speaks on his grocery initiative at 10:30 on the north side of Chicago and celebrates online stock trading platform tastytrade’s office expansion in the West Loop at 3pm.

Rep. Tim Ozinga (R-Mokena), often seen as a rising young star in Republican politics, abruptly resigned from the House Monday.
