Don’t be surprised if things start slow today and tomorrow and Thursday is a total zoo.
The House and Senate are in at noon. Governor Pritzker isn’t in town, though. He’s participating in a Democratic news conference in Miami attacking Republican candidates for President. There’s nothing on his official schedule.

INVEST IN KIDS UNLIKELY TO GET EXTENSION
The obituary for the Invest in Kids private school scholarship program probably hasn’t been fully written, but is certainly a few paragraphs in as lawmakers return to Springfield for the final days of legislative session before the program expires at the end of the year.
