THE ILLINOIZE: Fireworks in court as SAFE-T Act constitutionality argued...Ruling coming by end of year...Data shows Republican candidates who lost were bad candidates
December 21, 2022
Good morning, subscribers.
This will be our last regularly scheduled newsletter for the year. My guess is we’ll have a few things pop up that will warrant at least an update for paid subscribers between now and when we get back in the office.
Thank you for your support and for helping our little venture continue to grow. I’m blown away at the number of opens we get every week and how the ranks of paid subscribers grow each week, too.
We’re looking forward to surviving the piles of snow over the next few days, celebrating Christmas with the little guy (he was only a month old last year, so this time will be a lot more fun), and spending some time with family. (And we’re going to the Illinois bowl game, the first Illinois bowl game I’ve seen in person since the Rose Bowl on January 1, 2008. They’re few and far between, kids.)
Have a great holiday, get some time to relax and reflect, and we’ll see you all back here in 2023.
Let’s get to it.
