I had to go downtown yesterday. Nothing screams “spring” quite like 39 degrees and a rain/snow mix.
You’ve likely seen the stories about this giant tragic pileup on I-55 south of Springfield yesterday. Many of you know I grew up on a farm surrounded by bare dirt like this on all sides and I’ve never seen any sort of dust cloud like this. It’s unreal.
The House and Senate are in at noon. There’s nothing on the Governor’s public schedule. There are just 17 days remaining in the scheduled spring legislative session.
