Thanks to RNC National Committeeman Richard Porter for having me at a holiday luncheon yesterday featuring former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. The program was off the record, so I’m not allowed to share a lot of details other than to say “where has this guy been?”
One interaction those of you who have been with us for more than a year would be interested in is with Aurora Mayor and former GOP gubernatorial candidate Richard Irvin. Let’s just say I had a not great relationship with his campaign in 2022…like this…and this.
Irvin was delightful to chat with yesterday and claimed we would be “good friends.” The holiday spirit.
Governor Pritzker launches the statewide Dolly Parton Imagination Library partnership in Bloomington at 10am.
