Good morning, subscribers.

The House is in at noon today. The Senate is out (as you could probably tell by Sen. Robert Peters directly behind Brandon Johnson booing Paul Vallas during Johnson’s victory speech last night.) Governor Pritzker will be in Springfield announcing grants for park districts.

Not to say I’m brilliant or anything, here was my prediction from yesterday’s newsletter:

I expect Vallas to advance, probably somewhere around 30%. My perception is Johnson has momentum going in.
