BREAKING: General Assembly will not adjourn Friday
Both the House and Senate have adjourned for the day and neither chamber has yet to advance an appropriations bill.
The constitution requires a bill be read on there separate days, so one chamber would have had to pass a bill today so the other chamber could read it today, tomorrow, and Friday.
What's the plan for now? Nobody in the tank and file knows.…
